All returns are processed through Amazon. Simply go to "Your Orders" in your Amazon account, select the item, and choose "Return or Replace." Amazon will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Once Amazon receives your return, refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method.
Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible. We understand that you need to try the brush to know if it works for your hair type, so light use is perfectly acceptable.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at your choice.
